General conditions about booking<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

\nBooking and contract drafting
\nContract drafting with Abside Suite & Spa takes place with a booking in verbal, in writing (including e-mail), or online (including internet).
\nBooking a structure, you accept the booking conditions without any exception or conditionally.<\/p>\n

Services and costs<\/strong>
\nIf not otherwise specified, the published prices are considered as daily costs for the entire rental of the room In general, the minimum permanence is 1 night.
\nPossible exceptions have to be confirmed in written by Abside Suite & Spa.
\nUnless otherwise specified, tourist tax is not included in price and these have to be paid locally.
\nPossible supplementary services demanded by the customer (like extra cleaning, extra change of linen) have to be paid locally.<\/p>\n

Payments conditions<\/strong>
\nTo assure the booking, it\u2019s requested a deposit of 30% of the total amount stipulated for the rental. The payment can be made either by credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), by payment service online (Paypal or Stripe) by bank transfer or postal order.
\nThis deposit has to be paid within and no later than 5 days before the booking date.
\nIf the payment isn\u2019t due within the prescribed time, Abside Suite & Spa reserves the right to consider the booking not valid.
\nThe remaining balance has to be paid locally, either by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), by payment service online (Paypal), by bank transfer, by postal order or with cash (if the total amount of the apartment is equal and not higher to 999,99 \u20ac, according the current regulations).<\/p>\n

Changes<\/strong>
\nIn case the customer wants to modify the booked reservation, he has to inform Abside Suite & Spa as soon as possible. If it is possible, Abside Suite & Spa will apply these changes.
\nIn case Abside Suite & Spa cannot apply these changes and the client cannot respect the terms of reservation, the booking will be cancelled and the customer has to pay the cancellation fees.<\/p>\n

Cancellation fees<\/strong>
\nThe client can cancel his reservation according these modalities:
\nuntil 30 days before the arrival day: penalty of 30% on tourist quota;
\nfrom 29 to 7 days before the arrival day: penalty of 50% on tourist quota;
\nfrom 6 days to 1 day before e arrival day: penalty of 100% on tourist quota.
\nRequests of cancellation can be accepted only in written.
\nWe regret but we cannot make any exceptions for the cancellation fees, for any reasons, including personal emergences.<\/p>\n

Departures, arrivals and short stays<\/strong>
\nThe check-in is from 3:00 p.m. To 21:00 p.m at Abside Suite & Spa, Via Merlo 15, 90133 Palermo
\nWe ask guests to vacate their rooms within and no later than 10:30 a.m in the departure day.
\nPossible changes about the arrival and departure hour have to be communicated and agreed with the reception. If the guest doesn\u2019t arrive within the agreed time and has not communicated the delay, the reception declines all responsibility.
\nIn case client cannot occupy the room for the established day of his arrival, due to some problems, like traffic, strike or personal reasons, any refund is expected.
\nIt is valid in case of early departures too.<\/p>\n

Stay norms and tenant duties<\/strong>
\nNumber of tenants<\/em>
\nThe occupation of the room is limited to number of people specified on the voucher confirmation (including children and babies). During the rental it\u2019s forbidden the entrance for extra people and we will ask you to hand back the keys.
\nBehavior and responsibility<\/em>
\nThe tenant has the duty to keep the room with diligence, respecting all rules.
\nPossible damages caused by the tenant or other people have to be pointed out immediately.
\nIt\u2019s tenant responsibility for any damages caused by him or other people. The damage cost can be detracted from breakage deposit.
\nComplaints<\/em>
\nThe tenant has the right to control all the accessories and to signalize any problems to reception within 24 hours since keys delivery. Any compliant reached after or at the end of the stay isn\u2019t made in consideration.<\/p>\n

Imputable responsibilities to Abside Suite & Spa<\/strong>
\nIf for any reason beyond its control, including force major, Abside Suite & Spa is unable to provide to the client the room booked, Abside Suite & Spa reserves the right to transfer guests, upon agreement, to a similar room.
\nIf however, no agreement can be reached, Abside Suite & Spa is obliged to cancel the booking and to refund the tenants only the rental price he paid. Any other kind of refund is excluded.
\nAbside Suite & Spa declines all responsibility in case of problems like the loss of tenant goods and money. Abside Suite & Spa hasn\u2019t the responsibility about any damages caused to people or things that can be verified during the stay.<\/p>\n

Privacy<\/strong>
\nIn compliance with article 13 of Legislative Decree number 196\/2003 concerning \u201cLaw regarding the protection of personal data\u201d, we inform you that your personal data inserted in the booking form, will be processed by Abside Suite & Spa agency in full compliance of this Law, exclusively for purposes connected to booking service and to send offers by e-mail.
\nThe sending of the deposit declares the acceptation of the client about personal data processing inserted in the booking form for purposes above mentioned.
\nThe customer declares to have read all contract conditions and to approve integrally and unconditionally.<\/p>\n

Competent court<\/strong>
